Roman Merkt is the brains behind Brand Gastronomy.
A lateral thinker with a holistic approach and grounded expertise
in Marketing,
Gastronomy and Live Communication are all tools
required for developing simple,
creative and feasible solutions
- even for complex tasks.
Roman Merkt meets these requirements. A graduate
of the School for Hotel
Management in Lausanne, he took his
post-graduate studies at the University
of Basel where he graduated
with a Masters in Marketing. Roman has many
years of international
management experience in leading positions in gastronomy
and
hotels and is co-founder and co-owner of the Event Agency Vischer,
Merkt &
Partner AG.
Roman Merkt is supported by Sara Isabel Vischer,
also a graduate of the School
of Hotel Management in Lausanne.
She has extensive experience in sales and
marketing. Thanks
to her analytical and strategic thinking, she is able to
concept-
ualize
clearly structured and coherent suggestions without losing
sight of the
goal – even
for elaborate tasks.
